Better if FG hold the Chinese coy & Ogun state gov. responsible for falsity in contracts, as they never build any free trade zone in Ogun state. Here in Europe,there are several long term contracts terminated with Nigerians without compensation & the courts never cared .

I listened to all the views expressed about the seized airplanes. It will be fairer for the people negotiating on behalf of Nigeria show up to speak, rather than multiplicity of views.
The Chinese company has just rubbed it in, to tell us we don’t make airplanes but their own people do.
If they knew we are also airplane manufacturers, they would have respected us.
We are just users. Not makers or manufacturers.

Both cases, as well as the P & ID case, should be studied by all lawyers, legal departments, and law schools in Nigeria. And we should adopt the practice of matching our opponent's attorney's experience. If they hire a QC, we too should also hire a QC.

So what transpired sir. You can't rule against Nigeria in a case you don't have the details. Did the federal govt sign surety for ogun state govt. Was the contract truly violated by the state? Was there a failure to deliver by the Chinese firm?
