If I shut the door on your finger, and you went to court to say that the court should direct me to remove or open the door, do I say let’s wait for the outcome of court decision when you are in pain, and people are in pain? This is the type of tupsy-turvey analogy a SAN makes. You mix apples and oranges and don't even know the difference. If the argument is that Bubu feels the pain of the masses for a bungles policy, why only extend the validity period of the N200, and not both the N500 N1K, too? Nothing about the rule of law that says you must NOT obey court orders in certain circumstances. So, Fashola's argument is an abject embarrassment for not only a lawyer, but for a so-called SAN. What Buhari did was impunity and usurpation of the powers of another arm of government. A flagrant disregard for the Constitution and the Rule of Law, period!

If you have less than 500,000 NAIRA with 500 and 1000 NOTES,take them to any local bank and explain how you got the money and get exchange.
Those who sell pure water and tomatoes and KPOFF-KPOFF and fry AKARA on the streets corner don’t sell over ONE MILLION NAIRA daily.
They mostly have little cash on them which poses ZERO THREAT to their existence and they can GLIDE INTO ANY BANK an exchange their money anytime and can be able to defend it.
The SHOP OWNERS pay taxes and have MOSTLY bank accounts and can automatically change the Money in their accounts already inside the banks.
The SHOP OWNERS mostly have POS system for transaction.
The legitimate companies use bank transfer MOSTLY and little cash and their banks can verify and exchange the money for them already in their accounts.
The SYSTEM IS VERY CLEAR.
The ONLY TOWN CRIERS are the bullion vans driving olori-burukus,the kidnappers money sharing collaborators and sponsors and those who HOARDED TONS OF MONEY in their secret vaults, under the ground,in bullion secret vans,in forests etc.

President Buhari, whatever else damage you may inflict on Nigeria before you leave office – do not succumb to the APC/Governors blackmail on the currency swap.
